It would depend on the type of subscription that you're using.
If you're on Advanced Payroll, you need to lodge an FPS on or before the employee's pay day. You can also follow these steps to check the status of the submission that you've made:
Go to the Reports menu.
Look for RTI Lodgement Messages.
From there, you will see messages such as if your lodgement has been lodged , was lodged successfully, or has failed.
