Please could you explain to me how I payroll my employees car benefit each month.

Hello Sarah-ruleandrul, thanks for posting on the Community page, in order to answer your question which payroll is it you are using within your QuickBooks account is it our Standard payroll or our Advanced payroll?

Thanks for confirming sarah-ruleandrul. Our Standard payroll doesn't support any Benefit in Kind tax that would usually be submitted via a P11D or P11D(b); this is currently only available on the Advanced version.
