How do you deduct a salary sacrifice on advanced payroll?

To set up the salary sacrifice go to the Cog Wheel > Payroll Settings > Pension Settings > Enter the pension scheme details and add then add contribution plan. 

There is a section on the contribution plan to enter the salary sacrifice % and to enter the deduction category for this.
