Question

I am trying to set up pensions on payroll.It says start date not set & therefore I can't register my employees, but gives me no option to set a start date. What do I do?

Hello hello73,

 

On the standard payroll in QuickBooks Online you can enter the pension start date by going to the Cog Wheel > Account and Settings > Payroll > Auto enrolment start date > Select 'I want to choose my own start date' and enter the date.
