I can't generate a VAT return and QB says I am connected to HMRC and elsewhere it says I am not connected to HMRC! Can somebody help me please?

I'm having a similar problem - the submit to HMRC 'button' has disappeared, it is only giving me the option to submit with a spreadsheet.

Please contact our Live Support team through this link, and if you give them your vat registration number they will be able to have a look in the system to see what is happening for you if there is any error messages or what obligations are showing for you.
