I can't get basic and holiday pay on payslip

Thanks for your post - can I check which version of payroll you are using to assist you in recording this?

We currently have two in use - Standard and Advanced - an easy way to see if you are using the Standard is by hovering over the Employees tab - this will then show two separate tabs for 'Employees' and 'Payroll'.
