Switch to an incognito/private browsing session.
Log back in to QuickBooks and try if its already working. If it does, switch back to the original browser or regular browsing session.

Alternatively, you can also a different browser to further isolate the issue. Google Chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft Edge, and Safari works well with QuickBooks Online.
