I cannot submit FPS to HMRC for August Payroll. payroll tax centre shows no actions, and its not submitted already on archived forms. archive is missing other old months?

I am having the same problem. I have run the August payroll and there is no option to submit the FPS. There is nothing outstanding on the to-do list. I have tried deleting the problem and re-running the payroll but that does not solve the issue. Also no option exists to submit an FPS elsewhere
