If you mean you don't have the option to select a category for your employee/s under the Employee's worker category section, you may need to open your account using a private window and choose a category from there. The stored data of the browser you're using may cause the issue you're getting.
To save you time, you can use either of these shortcut keys:
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If you're able to pick a category from there, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the page. Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behavior.
