Question

I have a new starter who has a 3mth probationary period. His auto-enrolment will be postponed by 3 months - how is this done on Paysuite? Please can anyone help?

I can help you in setting this up in PaySuite, claire18.

We can go to the Auto-enrollment page and edit the staging date. Let me show you how:

  1. Select Employees from the sidebar menu.
  2. Click the Auto-enrollment tab.
  3. Under Setup Wizard, click on Your Staging Date.
  4. Set the Postpone the assessment for all new starters by drop-down menu to 3 months.

For more information about how the auto-enrollment works in PaySuite, you can read this article: Auto Enrollment for workplace pensions in PaySuite.
