I have noticed that I have had two payments taken from Google pay to set up an account with yourselves. One on 29/01/21 for £2.99 and the other on 14/02/21 for £3.99

if you are paying your subscription for Quickbooks though a third party like google pay then you need to speak to them about why they have taken two payments out of your account as we cant see any billing information for customers unless they are billed directly with us at intuit.
