That said, I sincerely recommend contacting our Care Support Team. They have tools to check your account and verify it there securely.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Help(?) on the top right.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Type your query and then Continue.
5. Choose to Start a chat.
