I'm unable to manually put in previous milage before today's date as the system only accepts today's date can anyone help? Thank you

In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting to see if there's an underlying browser issue. We can start by using an incognito/private browsing session just in case the same issue appears.

Below are the keyboard shortcuts to initiate an incognito browsing session:

• Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P  for Firefox
• Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

If it works and you're able to add the mileage, then that's good. You can go back to your regular browsing window and delete browser's cache. This process will remove outdated and corrupted internet data stored in your computer.

You can check and use other supported browser that works perfectly with QuickBooks Online.
