Can we ask if you are using the Standard payroll in QuickBooks Online?Our engineers have opened an investigation yesterday afternoon which is being worked on currently to fix this.
If you are using this payroll we can add your company to the investigation.If you are not using that payroll please let us know
We had an issue with that payroll loading which now should be resolved.Can we ask you to try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and then logging back into QuickBooks and opening the payroll.
