Question

I use QBO and i have made a payment to HMRC for self assessment tax. How do i categorise this correctly? Or do i just exclude it?

This is more of an accountancy question, and we are not trained accountants just technical support, so you will need to speak to a trained and qualified accountant on what best to do with this payment and they will be able to advise and guide you with it.

Thank you, but this is not an accountant question. QB has provided a category for VAT payments made to HMRC but hasn’t provided one for self assessment payments made.
