I've been using standard payroll for several years but last week payroll did not post a journal entry. Any advice please?

We are aware of Journals not posting automatically when using the Standard payroll and we have a dedicated team of agents looking into this issue to resolve, We appreciate the frustrations caused by this,  As a workaround could we ask that you create your own journals until we have found the root cause of this issue.
