Is it possible to make a cis return submission to HMRC that does not require manually recording details on HMRC form?

You can record payments to subscontractors and track CIS witheld to produce a CIS Payment Deduction report, however you are unable to submit the reports directly to HMRC, you would need to complete these manually on their webiste.
