Is there a reason why when processing this months payroll it is not showing any employees to pay?

Hello there, Dawn3.

 

Regardless of what your employee's pay schedule is, they will still show up in the Run Payroll page. We can do troubleshooting steps to check if this has something to do with your browser. 

 

Let's log in to your QuickBooks account in a private browser or incognito mode. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N

Then, go to the Employees page and click the Run Payroll button. If you see the employees, then go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing your browser's cache helps resolve common browser-related issues.

 

Let's also try using a different browser to check if you're getting the same issue.
