As an initial step, let's use a private browser to see if the issue is caused by an overloaded data in your default browser's cache. Below are the keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:
Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If that works, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This is to refresh your browser and delete the files that are affecting the product performance. Otherwise, use other supported browser.
