Just started a subscriber and it’s charged me £11.99 instead of the £4.99 for 6 months

Where you on a free trial before you then decided to subscribe?

If that is the case once you have subscribed to the account from the trail it will charge you the full amount for the subscription as in the beginning you either opt for the free trial or the discount we have on offer at that time.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
