Need to adjust box 7 entry - can't remove what I added - please help how do I do it?

Your added adjustment will show on your next return in the Exceptions column. You can inform HMRC about it when you file our next return or you can speak with your tax advisor. You can find more information about it in this article: VAT exceptions and reports.
