Netbooks is calculating the income incorrectly??

If you're using a third-party app and sync it with QuickBooks it shows incorrect You can run reports in QuickBooks then compare the information in netbooks. You can also delete or add the transaction. 

For any questions or concerns about the incorrect income transactions, it would be best to contact the third-party app provider. From there, they'll provide detailed information to check the incorrect information and also how you set up from the app into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
