Could you clarify what you mean by corrupt? Are you experiencing page-loading glitches, or are you having an issue processing your Full Payment Submission (FPS)?

If you're dealing with your FPS submissions, you'll want to ensure the following:

  1. Check that names contain only letters, hyphens, and apostrophes without numbers or special symbols.
  2. Verify that every address field stays under 35 characters, including spaces.
  3. Ensure male employees do not have female National Insurance letters assigned.
  4. Confirm employees born after April 5, 1961, do not use restricted National Insurance letters.

For additional assistance and detailed steps on fixing these issues, please visit this article: Troubleshooting FPS Submissions in Core Payroll.

However, if you're referring to page-loading issues, you'll need to perform some basic browser troubleshooting steps to clear cached files that may be blocking the page.

If you mean something else, please reply and let me know.
