I've checked here on our and end and this is an ongoing investigation. This is where customers encounter an error code -81832 when subscribing to payroll.
Our engineers are still investigating what's causing this issue. In this case, it would be best to contact our Customer Support Team. They'll add you to the list of affected users and send you an email notification once there's an update about this payroll issue.

Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
Enter a short description of your concern.
Tick Continue.
