Some of my employees are duplicated, should I delete one or can I combine them?

Hello Amandalewisstark, 

 

The one you need to keep is the one that has your employees YTD figures in, that is the other one the duplicate won't have any in so that would be the one you would delete. 

 

To delete the duplicate is if you click into it>acrtions>delete> this will then remove the duplicate employee.

Welcome to the community page, 

 

 

If you have duplicate employees then just delete the one duplicate, there is no way of combining them. 

 

Have you migrated from paysite to standard by any chance?

Yes I have migrated from PaySuite to QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.

 

I am a bit worried that I delete the wrong one?
