Hello Pact 👋 Welcome to the Community. We were aware of issues regarding payslips not being sent, We have had engineers working on this and they have advised that this issue has been resolved, it's possible that it may take a day or so for it to take effect If you could log out and log back in and send a test payslip to yourself to see if this will reset the token, this is how I got around it on my QuickBooks.
