We are using Quickbooks PaySuite for our payroll. Is there a way to mark employees as 'Furloughed'?

In the Paysuite product as there isn't a way to create a pay category of your own for this purpose. In this case, you would need to use the variable input >payments option and select for example miscellaneous payment. and then manually enter the full amount.

Then contact HMRC as regards the reclaiming of the 80% of that full amount.
