We have a mixture of Zero hour (i.e., Wage varies every week), Monthly salaried and weekly paid staff. Can your payroll software handle this?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! 

QuickBooks Online Payroll has two types of pay rates, hourly and salaried. In addition to that, you can set up 8 more additional hourly pay rates. There are also four pay schedules that you can choose from, Weekly, Every Other Week, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly.
