where is the box to tick for the end of year final pay run?

Hi there, Joy. Which Payroll subscription are you using? Are you using QuickBooks Online Payroll Core or QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll?

If you're using Advanced Payroll, you can start a New Pay Run and enter the required details. You'll see the option to Finalise Pay Run, which includes it as the final submission for the tax year.

However, if you have a Payroll Core subscription, the Finalise Pay Run option is unavailable. You can run payroll as you normally do, but you have to make sure this is the final pay period.
