Will Quickbooks has really slowed up in the last couple of days, all I get is the green dots circuling as it is not loading?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is an internet-based application that relies on the capabilities of your computer or device, including its processing power, available memory (RAM), and the speed of your internet connection, to function optimally.

You'll want to ensure your system meets the basic requirements to help narrow down the reason for slow performance. 

 I've listed the recommended operating systems and internet speeds below.

• Windows PC: Windows 10, Intel Core i5, or comparable processor (2015 or newer) with at least 4 GB of RAM. 
• Mac: OS X "Big Sur" 11.1 or newer
• Internet connection: 3 Mbps or higher

Once verified, make sure you're using the supported web browsers:

•  Google Chrome: Version 78 or newer
• Mozilla Firefox: Version 76 or newer. 
• Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
• Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
