A direct deposit for payroll did not go through. Account number has been corrected, Should I just do an e-transfer for the July 15, 2019 payroll?

I can see how issues like this can slow the business down especially when your staff is expecting their pay. Don't worry, I'll be happy to provide the support you need. 

You're more than welcome to e-transfer the funds since the direct deposit didn't got through. After you've e-transferred the funds, you'd have to record that transaction in QuickBooks so your books are in order. There's a great article I recommend you to check out.
