Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to get paid faster.  Once you set up your payments account, you'll be able to include payment options on your invoices.  The customers will see a 'Pay Now' option, to submit their payment immediately.  To learn more about QuickBooks Online Payments and get started, click here.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
