Can I change my employee's pay date from 4 weeks to 3 weeks this month?

Setting up your employees pay date is an important part of running payroll to make sure everyone is paid on time. I'd be happy to help go over the pay date options in QuickBooks Online.

At this time the options available for a pay date are every week, bi weekly, bi monthly and monthly. For this reason setting it up for 3 weeks is not something that the system can do. 

If being able to customize the pay date is something that you wish to have in QuickBooks Online then I suggest sending feedback to our development team. You can send feedback by following these steps:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once our development team receives your feedback they'll look for ways to possibly add this in future updates.
