Here's how you can delete a payroll item in QuickBooks Online Canada:
1. Go to the Employees tab and select Payroll.
2. Select Edit Payroll Items and choose the payroll item you want to delete.
3. Select Edit and then Delete.
4. Confirm that you want to delete the payroll item.
Please note that if the payroll item has been used in a paycheck, you will not be able to delete it. Instead, you can make it inactive by selecting Make Inactive instead of Delete.
