Can i pay an employee by e-transfer?

I'd be happy to answer your payroll questions. Currently, QuickBooks Online Payroll only allows users to pay their employees via paper cheque or direct deposit. However, some users who need to pay through e-transafer have found it helpful to process paper cheques in the software and then e-transfer the amount to their employees.
