Question

Can I use the payroll to run the paper work, without connect to the bank. and will do remittance by person in the bank, not through QuickBooks payroll.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to set your preferences, so you can pay your staff with confidence.  I would be glad to provide more information, so you can accomplish your payroll goals in a timely fashion!

 

With QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can set the payment method as paper cheque.  By doing so, there's no need to set up account information for Direct Deposit.  In addition, this will enable you to process payroll to ensure accurate calculations for each pay run, as well as having the required elements for your payroll remittance.  

 

When it's time to make your remittance payments, it's important that you're recording your payroll tax payment in QuickBooks, so you can match the transaction with your bank statement and reconcile your account.  Once you've made the payment, you'll need to enter the payment information as an expense
