Sometimes, a browser-related issue causes the program to stop working. We can check it by performing the troubleshooting steps below:
Open an incognito or private browser. Then, log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Go to the Run Payroll page, and try to process the payroll.
If it's successful, let's go back to the main browser and clear the cache.
Also, try to open your account in a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. We do this to check if the issue only occurs to a specific browser.
