Can we sort employees by First Name?

Currently, there is no option to sort employees by first name directly on the Employee list page. However, this can be accomplished using the Employee Contact List report with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports, and select Standard reports.
2. Use the search box to find Employee Contact List.
3. Click the arrows next to the Employee column header once or twice to sort the employees by their first names.
   

Also, you can add more information to the report by utilizing the Columns feature.  For detailed instructions on customizing reports, check out this article: Customize reports.
