Welcome to the Community! QuickBooks Online's multicurrency tool is great for businesses that deal with transactions in more than one region. I can point you in the right direction to get this account in order.
It sounds like you're trying to do a home currency adjustment to recalculate the balance of your US accounts receivable. Here's how you can do this:
Navigate to the Gear icon, then select Currencies.
Find the currency you want to adjust. Under the Actions column, click on the dropdown arrow.
Select Revalue Currency.
Enter a date (today or a day in the past) to run a currency revaluation.
Choose whether you'd like the revaluation to be based on the market exchange rate or a custom rate.
Pick the account(s) you want to apply the revaluation to. In this case, it'd be your US account receivable account.
when I did this adjustment i had selected all US Bank, US Vendor and US AR but there were entries done only for the Bank account and not A/R and A/P accounts. It left the amount blank in the GJ. Now the trial balance and balance sheet is off. Trial balance amount is higher than the balance sheet. Can you please explain why it is not working
