DIRECT_SIGNUP_NOT_SUPPORTED_PAYROLL_ACTIVE, type: VALIDATION_ERROR. Why do I get this ERROR when trying to activate TIME subsscription for a client?

I switched a client's subscription to "Accountant" managed and cannot add TIME to their plan, this is the Error message I get: IRECT_SIGNUP_NOT_SUPPORTED_PAYROLL_ACTIVE, type: VALIDATION_ERROR)

Hi there, @paul274. Please log out of your account and sign in to start your QuickBooks fresh, then activate your client's Time subscription. 

 

If the error persists, contact our live support team to help you locate the root cause and find a fix. You can click the Help (?) icon beside your account's profile above, select Assistant, enter Chat with a human, then send.
