Don't have the option " enter payroll history. i need to add payroll history for my employee but i don't have the option in my payroll

Welcome to Community!  When setting up your QuickBooks Online Payroll, entering prior payroll information is key, in ensuring the associated forms are accurate.  I would be glad to help!

If you haven't submitted payroll yet, you can follow the steps here, to enter an employees' payroll history.  However, if you've already completed a pay run, you won't see this option.  In this situation, I encourage you to call our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They'll be happy to work with you directly, and assist you further from their end.
