Employees are set up for direct deposit but system is defaulting back to paper cheque?

My payroll is set up for direct deposit every week but when doing payroll this week it wants to do a paper cheque for everyone. I cannot change them back to direct deposit. Is there a problem in the system?

Since the system continues to display paper checks as the payment method despite attempts to update it to direct deposit, I recommend logging in using a private or incognito browser if you haven't already done so. Sometimes, outdated or corrupted files in your regular browser can cause technical issue like this.

 

If logging in through incognito mode doesn’t resolve the issue, please restart your browser to clear any outdated processes and ensure updates take effect. A supported and up-to-date browser can also improve performance and security when working with QBO.
