Has anyone found a problem entering payroll history? QB says I've entered $0 for Employment Insurance, but I have not. I have entered $0 for Income tax.

It's nice to see you reaching out in Community.  Welcome!  Your employee's year-to-date information is a vital part of QuickBooks Online Payroll.  It's essential that the amounts are entered and accurate for  T4 slips.  I'd be glad to point you in the right direction, so you can accomplish your payroll goals in a timely fashion!

If you have set up your employees, but have not run payroll yet, you can follow the steps here, to enter the required information.  However, if you've already processed a scheduled payroll, you will need to contact us outside of Community for assistance from our end.
