Hello, I am looking for a short concise payroll preview report that I can send to a manager for approval BEFORE, I submit payroll. Anyone know how to get this?

Hello there, jstevens. I understand that you are looking for a simpler way to handle payroll approvals, and let me clarify how this works in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
 

The preview payroll screen is a built-in view to ensure that you are seeing the exact data to ensure that the taxes are calculated correctly and to prevent mistakes before submitting the payroll. 

While there is currently no option to customize the payroll preview to show only your preferred details. I suggest sending feedback to our Product Developer team for a review. You can do this by going to the Gear > Feedback.
