How do I change the company address on paystubs? I've changed it everywhere I can find but the old address shows up on the paystubs. Chat isn't open right now to ask QB

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. It's essential you're able to change an employee's address and I'll be glad to show you how you can do this. QuickBooks offers an easy-to-navigate platform that makes it simple to make changes to your account.

It's good that you changed the address from the profile, but in this case you'll also need to change the address in your Payroll Settings. Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Payroll Settings.
2. Under the Business Information section, select Work Locations.
3. Click the existing primary address and update the Work Location Address details.
4. Click Save.
