Sometimes employees move on or have to be let go and need to be removed from your payroll. I can help you with getting your employees marked as inactive to prevent accidental payments.
In order to make an employee show as inactive you'll need to mark them as terminated, not on payroll or deceased, whichever is applicable. Once that's done you select the reason for status change and fill in the last day employed. Once you click done that employee will only show in the inactive tab.
