How do i sync a google sheets instead of an excel to track payroll?

Hello there,info2359.  Importing data into QuickBooks Online (QBO) has limitations. Could you let us know the specific payroll data you’re trying to sync? This will help us determine if it can be imported using Google Sheets. 

If you’re referring to manage employee information, the software offers a feature called Spreadsheet Sync, which lets you directly import employee data from Google Sheets.

1. Open Google Sheet.
2. From the Extensions tab, select Spreadsheet Sync, then select Launch add-in.
3. Select Get started.
4. Enter your QuickBooks credentials and follow the steps to sign in.
5. If you have access to multiple companies, select the company you want to use.
