How to change Bank account on Direct deposit paycheque?

Welcome to Community!  It's important that your QuickBooks Online Payroll is set up accurately to ensure your staff is paid on time.  I'd be happy to help!

Once you've completed the direct deposit set up, you'll want to confirm the mapping of your payroll accounts.  Here's how;

1. Open Settings ⚙, then Payroll settings

2. Select the Edit ✎ in the Accounting section 

3. In the Paycheck and payroll tax payments select Edit ✎

4. Use the Bank account ▼ dropdown to choose the preferred account 

5. Hit Save
