how to fix an error on paycheque sync error which says the transaction's date is on or before company's closing date?

Hello there, iwillplumbingandheating. This error happens because QuickBooks is trying to protect your finalized records from changes. When a closing date is set, the system blocks any new transactions, including paychecks, from being posted on or before that specific day. 

To fix this, navigate to your Account and settings > Advanced. In the Accounting section, temporarily change or remove the closing date. 

Once the date is adjusted to a day before your paycheck's date, you can successfully sync your payroll data. Just remember to re-enable that closing date lock afterward to keep your past books secure and accurate.
