How to sort employees by first name, not by family name?

QuickBooks is designed for business owners like you that are looking to get ahead with their work using the helpful features in QuickBooks. 

I can see the benefit of being able to sort your employees by their first names, however, this feature isn't available in QuickBooks. I'd recommend sending this as feedback to our engineers by clicking the Gear icon and navigating to Feedback. Your feedback helps us improve the program making it more intuitive for you to use.
